Different people are different as a result of their environments and the influences from these environments. Someone who grew up in the city, for example, will react differently to different situations as someone who grew up in the countryside.
Not only do people think, feel, and react differently, they are also hard-wired that way and will expect a colleague or new partner to behave in the exact same fashion as themselves.
